Shine's new 2 layers 56-meter roller veneer dryer has been successfully installed and put into production in Kalasin Province, Thailand. This dryer is equipped with a semi-automatic feeding system and employs manual veneer collection, with a working width designed at 3.75 meters, which significantly enhancing the overall production capacity, with a daily output of 150m3. Moreover, a 10-ton biomass burner serves as the heat source, utilizing waste wood as fuel, which greatly reduces operational costs and improves resource utilization for the customer.
The customer is highly satisfied with the output and quality of Shine's veneer dryer and has already planned with Shine factory for the installation of a second unit. Shine has always been committed to saving costs for customers while ensuring product quality. Currently, Shine's dryers hold a significant market share in Thailand, and the company is fully capable of providing local technical support and after-sales service. More case sites are open for visits by potential customers.
