1. Feeding: Operators manually place wood veneers onto the upper grate of the feed port. Veneers stand vertically on the grate, ensuring even initial distribution.

2. Conveying & Flipping: The veneers move steadily toward the discharge end. At the tail section, a special chain-type flipping mechanism gently transfers them to the lower grate.

3. Discharging: Finally, the dried veneers exit from the head discharge port.

This design ensures uniform material distribution, with a hot air drying cycle of approximately 40 minutes. In a single batch, it can process 450–500 pieces of 1.27m×0.64m veneers, making it ideal for batch processing demands.
