Welcome Brazilian Agents To Visit Shine Machinery

In August 2025, Shine's Brazilian agent visited our factory for an in-depth review regarding a potential collaboration on veneer dryers. This visit helped us gain a better understanding of the current Brazilian market and provided the agent with a deeper understanding of our product's performance and advantages.

As a leading Chinese exporter of veneer production equipment, Shine Machinery's veneer dryers have served over 20 countries, including Brazil, Latvia, Russia, and Thailand and so on. During the visit, the technical team highlighted the core advantages of drum drying and their research findings on the impact of modern AI technology on dryer automation:

1. Stable drying quality and reduced wood loss: The Shine veneer dryer precisely controls drying temperature, humidity, and air speed to ensure uniform moisture content across each veneer, avoiding deformation and cracking (such as warping and end cracking) caused by over-drying or over-wetting, thereby reducing scrap rates.

2. Energy savings and reduced production costs: Most modern veneer dryers are equipped with waste heat recovery systems, which reuse heat from the exhausted, hot, and humid air, thereby reducing energy consumption.

3. High degree of automation and convenient operation: Equipped with sensors and a touchscreen control system, the system monitors parameters such as veneer moisture content and drying temperature in real time and automatically adjusts equipment operating status, reducing manual intervention and simplifying operation.

4. Improved environmental performance: Exhaust gas generated by the hot air furnace undergoes a water film dust removal treatment, meeting environmental emission requirements.

5. Automatic sorting system: High-definition cameras provide dynamic, efficient, and real-time imaging. Subsequently, an artificial intelligence algorithm autonomously models and classifies target surface features, automatically calculating the area, size, and number of each feature. The system automatically determines the current grade of the veneer based on the classification criteria and feeds this grade information back to the control system.

6. MC Detection: To detect, manage, monitor, and analyze the moisture content of the veneer with a sensor, then the system will categorize the veneers based on its moisture content range. Veneers with unacceptable moisture content will enter the visual inspection system, where it is possible to opt out of inspection and only transport them.

7. Veneer Grade Stacking: After undergoing visual scanning (which identifies hole size, hole quantity, knots, color, cracks) and moisture content detection, veneers will progressively enter the veneer stacking system. Currently the veneer stacking system is capable of accommodating up to 8 veneer grades.
